Job Summary of Hotel Attendant:

A Hotel Attendant is a hotel staff member who is in charge of ensuring guest rooms are spotless and promptly addressing their requests. This ultimately contributes to a gratifying guest experience and long-lasting business success. The role is open in both full-time and part-time capacities, and work schedules are flexible. With current hiring in progress, interested individuals may apply even without prior work experience. Responsibilities of Hotel Attendant:

• As a Hotel Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Qualification of Hotel Attendant:

• A high school graduate who attended a vocational school to enhance their skill set.
• English literacy is a crucial skill that allows individuals to meet the demands of the business world.
• Understanding of the daily workings of housekeeping on guest floors
• Being versatile with work timeframes, skilled in fulfilling tasks during morning, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
• Advanced understanding of chemical application and ensuring room tidiness.
