Job Summary of Lobby Attendant:

Lobby Attendant, as part of the hotel, are responsible for providing high-quality guest service while also attaining business profitability. They are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to their requests, with the aim of ensuring a positive guest experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with schedules that offer flexibility. Additionally, the hotel is seeking candidates regardless of prior work experience. Responsibilities of Lobby Attendant:

• In the hospitality industry, the Lobby Attendant plays an essential role in the hotel's mission to offer exceptional service by maintaining the cleanliness of guests' rooms and taking care of their needs
• Fulfill designated housekeeping duties for guest rooms that may include tasks like making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming floors
• Provide new bed sheets, towels, and guest toiletries as needed, and ensure that the guest rooms remain top-notch
• Undertake meticulous cleaning duties as and when required
• Ensure the timely management, upkeep, and delivery of all cleaning supplies on the housekeeping cart every day
• It is vital to dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately to prevent harm to wildlife, ecosystems, and human health

Qualification of Lobby Attendant:

• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping’s daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
