Room Cleanliness Attendant, as part of the hotel, are responsible for providing high-quality guest service while also attaining business profitability. They are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to their requests, with the aim of ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities of Room Cleanliness Attendant:

• As a Room Cleanliness Attendant, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the guests' rooms and attend to all their needs in line with the hotel's objective of providing top-notch service and increasing profits
• Fulfill assigned housekeeping responsibilities for guest rooms that involve cleaning, such as making beds, disinfecting bathrooms, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming rooms
• Keep track of the usage of bed linens, towels, and guest toiletries and replenish them as needed
• Undertake meticulous cleaning duties as and when required
• Make it a daily priority to keep the housekeeping cart fully supplied, well-maintained, and ready to transport cleaning supplies at any moment
• It is vital to dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately to prevent harm to wildlife, ecosystems, and human health

Qualification of Room Cleanliness Attendant:

• Good knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors
• Flexible with working hours, able to work morning / evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of chemical usage and cleaning rooms.
• High school graduate and attended skills training school.
• English literate to meet business needs.
